A bit about us

Who are FBC UK?

Fox’s Burton’s Companies UK or FBC UK was formed when a Ferrero Related Company acquired two truly amazing biscuit manufacturer’s Fox’s and Burton’s with heritage dating back to 1853 and 1895 respectively.

Our biscuits

We bake unique moments of pleasure that suit every occasion.

Our biscuits can be found on the biscuit shelves of great retailers in Britain, Ireland and around the world.

We cater for everything from portion-controlled on-the-go snacking with our Maryland Mini cookies, through to indulgent treats like Fox’s Chocolatey Rounds.

Our biscuits are ideal for sharing, especially Fox’s Classic assortment and Paterson’s shortbread.

Our bakeries & capabilities

We have multiple production lines across 7 manufacturing sites, all with high levels of automation and quality control.

Our expertise spans multiple biscuit types from cookies to chocolate biscuits, shortbread to jam sandwiches, brandy snaps to florentines to name but a few.

We also make chutneys, mustards and jams at our factory on the Isle of Arran.
